The Canadian Lutheran Bible Institute is located in Central Alberta in the scenic city of Camrose. The campus occupies about half a city block just off the parkland shores of beautiful Mirror Lake. CLBI is located three blocks from the downtown area.
The City of Camrose with a population of approximately 15 000, features many cultural and sports events and has several modern recreational facilities. These include an aquatic centre, field house/indoor soccer facility, cross country ski trails, a luge run, over 25 km of beautiful hiking trails, gyms, ice rinks, etc.
Travelling distance to Edmonton International Airport is just under one hour by vehicle. Bus travel directly to Camrose is possible twice a day. There are excellent highway connections in all directions. Major cities and other key locations within a few hours travel time include Edmonton, Calgary, Banff, and Jasper.
Camrose’s close proximity to areas for hiking, skiing, canoeing and other outdoor experiences afford students the opportunity to take part in several unique outdoor events throughout the year. The outdoor education program at CLBI is blessed to have these diverse possibilities readily available.
