Christian Discipleship Program
[First Year]
The first and second year programs at CLBI are organized in a modular format where every week a new module is studied intensively for five days. By the weeks end the module is complete and a new one is offered the following week. Each module is worth one credit. This format allows courses to be taught by quality instructors from across North America.
In addition there are several aspects of the programs that encourage students to gain practical experience for ministry. These opportunities are both part of the program and extra-curricular.
The Christian Discipleship Program is a one-year program designed to help students become rooted and rock solid. Students are prepared to face decisions regarding lifestyle choices for the future. Every student is exposed to God-honoring directives for life.
The majority of the course outline for the year is pre-determined. All students in the first year program take the same modules together. There are optional choices in areas such as worship leading, choir, and evening elective classes.
The CLBI experience is truly so much more than the academic classes. For many students the one-year program assists them in determining Gods direction for life. Great benefits are gained by living in Christian community and the wide array of experiences in which students have an opportunity to take part.
Students graduate from this program with a Certificate in Biblical Studies and Christian Discipleship.
