Community Student Program

The Community Student Program (CSP) offers intentional Christian community to students pursuing studies in other programs, either online or at a nearby post-secondary institution.

 

In other words, it allows you to live on campus and benefit from life together at CLBI while working toward your other educational goals.
 

The CSP tuition includes room & board, utilities, wifi, in-dorm laundry, library, quiet/study spaces, lounges, mentorship, off-campus retreats, and access to daily prayer and worship services. For an additional cost, other aspects of the CLBI experience are also available (classes, outdoor trips, & more).

Upon acceptance into the CSP, each student must provide a $500 damage deposit.

  • Who is eligible to apply for CSP?

    Any student enrolled in a university or college program outside of CLBI

     

  • If CLBI classes are not included in CSP, what aspects of CLBI should I expect to be a part of?

    Everything outside of classes, including:
    - Meals & work duties
    - Morning/Evening Prayer, Chapel & Worship Services
    - Community life & Dorm activities
    - Weekly Discipleship-Groups
    - One-on-Ones
    - Off-campus retreats
    - Special events

    (classes & out-trips available at additional cost)

     

  • If I'm taking online courses, why should I join this program instead of living at home?

    The online school experience can be convenient, but can also be isolating. We were designed to live in relationship with others (Gen. 1:26-27), so the main objective of the CSP is intentional Christian community (connection & discipleship with others).

     

  • How would CSP differ from living at university/college housing?

    Simply put, you will be an important part of our community. Our campus is an environment that not only contributes & cares for your personal & social life, but for you spiritual & devotional life as well.
